This happy customer drove off in their newly converted MAN TGE Twin Wheel LWB van earlier this week.

They customer first contacted us with their idea and their own van and the team in the workshop had all the skills and experience to convert it to our customers exacting requirements.  The roof and floor were insulated and lined in new wood and trimmed in carpet.  A kitchen unit was built on the passenger side with a 2 burner hob/sink combo, storage space, including space for a coolbox and a roof locker.

The existing bulkhead was also lined out in carpet with a single bed/seat running the full width of the van.  Hinged lids allows access to plenty of storage.  A small forward facing seat was added which folds out to make a full sized bed.

A full height bulkhead with a 3/4 height door separates the garage area.

Windows with fitted blackout curtains, Durite 240v inverter and 240v sockets, 12v leisure battery system and lighting, gas box, bottle and regulator and water bottles finish off this specific conversion
